Welcome to The Planery. By booking or attending any of our events or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or reservation.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 All bookings for events or services provided by The Planery are subject to availability. 1.2 Full payment or a deposit (as specified for each event) is required to secure your booking. 1.3 We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and any other method specified on our website. 1.4 Prices are subject to change without notice, but once a booking is confirmed, the price will remain fixed.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the event. Cancellations made before this period will receive a [full/partial] refund. 2.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event. 2.3 In the unlikely event that The Planery needs to cancel an event, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative date. 2.4 Tickets for events are non-transferable unless prior approval has been obtained from The Planery.
3. Event Changes
3.1 The Planery reserves the right to make changes to event details, including but not limited to the date, venue, or program, in the case of unforeseen circumstances. 3.2 Attendees will be notified of any significant changes, and refunds will be offered if changes result in substantial inconvenience.
4. Liability
4.1 The Planery will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs at an event unless it is due to negligence on our part. 4.2 We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or opportunity. 4.3 Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any minors or guests in their care.
5. Attendee Conduct
5.1 Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during events. The Planery reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who disrupts the event or causes harm or distress to others. 5.2 Attendees must adhere to any guidelines or rules provided by The Planery or the event venue.
6. Third-Party Services
6.1 The Planery may engage third-party vendors or service providers (e.g., catering, entertainment) upon the customer’s request or as required for the event. 6.2 Any payments for third-party services will be the responsibility of the customer, and the customer must approve such services before any costs are incurred. 6.3 The Planery will assist with coordinating third-party services but will not be liable for any actions or omissions of third-party providers.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided during booking will be used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and delivering our services. 7.2 For more information, please refer to our [Privacy Policy] which governs how we handle your data.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content, logos, and materials related to The Planery are the intellectual property of The Planery and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
9.Force Majeure
9.1 The Planery will not be held responsible for any cancellations, delays, or other failures to perform that are caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.
10.Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
